Once the Pre-paid Beverage Package has reached its duration, you will then have the following options to choose from:- Consumption packages (DRY TILL) will be charged at $500.00 per hour room hire with the drinks continued to be charged at our standard function rate. Have you guests purchase their own drinks If you do not wish to have a beverage package: Beverages can be paid on consumption bases using a 'Dry Till' with the balance being paid at the end of the function. It is the policy of the management that the person responsible for the payment of the beverage account is kept informed about the ongoing balance throughout the function.
